The location is ideal. It is near the centraal station and close to dam square. the staff were very friendly. They were also very helpful. the bar and restaurant attached to the hotel offers good value. The drinks and snacks are cheaper than most bars i have visited.

The room was not very clean. I found a coffee stain on the sheet. it was not changed during my 3 night stay. i understand and applaud the environmental policy. if there is a stain, i would expect the sheets to be changed

the room was spacious. it included electric curtains. there were plenty of sockets, even one which was uk compatible. the soft-close bathroom door was a nice touch and two chairs provided additional comfort.

the staff, rob and miriam, were particularly helpful. they assisted with directions to our river cruise boat during the king's birthday celebrations. this was particularly appreciated since public transport was limited due to the festivities!

I totally loved the location. It was super central! the breakfast was also pretty good. it had a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. i really enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms too.

the room was very dated and looked tired. it definitely needs some refurbishment! the tv remote didn't work. i asked for a replacement that worked for a day, then failed again, i gave up after that.

The location was superb!!! It allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff were friendly and efficient. They quickly addressed all my needs.
